What are our delivery charges?
We have worked tirelessly to provide the lowest delivery charges via the fastest economical route to our customers.
Our delivery charges depend on where you live, what you are buying and how much your total order weighs as in the below table:
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. Fabric swatches are free delivery. The weight of each product is listed on our product pages.
For trade and large volume orders we may place your order on hold only if a delivery surcharge needs applying. If your order is on hold please contact support@britluxfurniture.co.uk(if we do not contact you first) to obtain a custom price.
Which delivery zone do I live in?
Please refer to our zone map below to identify which of our shipping zones your postcode falls within.
Do we deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
Yes, we deliver to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) for orders over 30kgs but you will need to make your order directly through our support team: support@britluxfurniture.co.uk. Please note our Zone 5 delivery charges above (minimum of £92.95), we can only accept credit or debit card payment in £'s and we do not offer our assembly service.
How does our outdoor assembly service work?
If you would like your furniture assembled by our experienced furniture delivery partners, simply select the delivery & white glove assembly option at checkout. Assembly is £79.95 per item. Please note, assembly is only available for outdoor furniture items at this time.
If you have ordered more than one item but only want part of your order assembled:
- Please select the delivery only option at checkout.
- After you have placed your order, please complete this form.
Our Customer Service team will then generate an invoice for you to pay your partial assembly fee. Please note that if you have not paid the assembly fee before your delivery date, your order will not be assembled. We recommend paying the fee as soon as you receive your invoice.
If you would like to add assembly to your order after it has been placed:
Please contact us at support@outandout.com within 12 hours. If your order has not been booked into one of our delivery partners we should be able to add assembly.
What is the 2-Person Delivery Service?
Used for anything over 31KGs our two person delivery service includes the following:
- A three-hour pre-arranged delivery window for every order
- Timely updates by Phone, SMS and Email from our delivery partners
- Multiple sized vehicles to cater for houses with restricted access or small access roads
- Delivery to a room of your choice
- Delivery up multiple flights of stairs is available with limited capacity
Our delivery team is not able to take away packaging at the time of delivery. This is due to the fact that should you choose to return your order, it should be packaged in the original packaging.
How long will delivery take?
Out & Out offer next day delivery as standard! Almost all of our in stock products will be delivered to a room (or garden!) of your choice the very next day, for no extra cost. If you live in our delivery Zones 2,3,4 & 5 (Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Guernsey) delivery will take 2-3 extra days (but no more than a week).
Please Note: Items available on pre-order will be indicated on the product page and at checkout. If your order contains both pre-order and 'in stock' items, all items will be delivered together once pre-order stock arrives. If you wish to receive 'in stock' items from your order sooner, please complete this form. Please be aware that choosing to have part of your order delivered sooner may incur an additional delivery fee. Upon completion of the form a member of our team will be in touch to provide further details.
To guarantee Next Day Delivery orders need to be made by 10.30am the day before.
Small indoor items take approximately 3-5 working days to be delivered and are not eligible for Next Day Delivery, unless ordered alongside additional items.
Made to Order Sofas take 8-10 weeks to be delivered.
Are there any postcodes you cannot deliver to?
We are proud to deliver to all UK Postcodes.
Does your next day delivery include weekends?
While our delivery partners cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday and Saturday, this can often be possible dependent on location. We recommend placing your order before 10:30am between Sunday-Thursday to guarantee next day delivery.
My pre-order delivery has not yet arrived?
If you are ordering a product on pre-order, the predicted delivery date will be stated on the product page and delivered to you within this specified timescale. Please note, this date is a prediction and sometimes can change depending on shipment schedules. The predicted date will be updated on our website if it changes and we make endeavours to email customers for any major date changes.
If you order multiple items on pre-order, it is very common for each item to have its own lead time. In this situation, everything will be delivered when it becomes available. You will be contacted regarding delivery dates by our delivery partners.
When will my delivery be if I have ordered both in stock and pre order products?
We will deliver all items together once the pre-order items have arrived in our warehouse. However if you wish to receive your in stock items ahead of your pre-order item's arrival, please complete this form. Please note, choosing to have part of your order delivered sooner will incur an additional delivery fees
Can I cancel Made to Order Sofas & Armchairs before delivery?
Our sofas and armchairs are made to order for each customer in your chosen style and fabric in just 8-10 weeks. As each sofa order is produced for a specific customer and we do not hold stock of sofa at our warehouse, the normal cancellation period provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply and we are unable to cancel an order unless in exceptional circumstances. Instead of cancellation, we do offer a 30 day comfort trial where if after 30 days you are unhappy with the comfort of your sofa then you will be able to return it for a refund less our cancellation fee of £42.95.
What if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
In the event, you have an agreed, pre-arranged delivery slot with our courier company (which has been confirmed via phone, email or SMS), but you are not available at the delivery address at the agreed time slot, we may insist on a re-delivery charge of £42.95, It is the customers responsibility to rearrange the delivery time with our couriers directly, if this is not done and you are not available for delivery we will charge a cancellation fee of £42.95. We cannot compensate customers for time off work or timing inconvenience.
What happens if there is restricted access to my home or a staircase?
Our delivery partners are committed to at least 2 flights of stairs when not only endangering the safety of the delivery staff and also any potential risk damaging the product or your home.
If you live in a home with restricted access we recommend that you contact your dedicated delivery company after placing your order to discuss any restrictions as in the event delivery is attempted and preparations have not been made, the delivery will be denied and you will incur a £42.95 failed delivery fee.
What if I have confirmed my delivery booking or refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives, and I then want to cancel my order?
Once you have confirmed your delivery booking with our courier and they have designed the delivery route around your confirmation, if you wish to cancel your order completely, we must charge a cancellation fee of £42.95. In the event you simply want delivery on a different date, you are free to request this, but a complete cancellation will result in a cancellation fee.
